Sought after neighborhood of homes mostly built prior to 1980. Many of the homes are single level and well-built with large yards, mature trees throughout the neighborhood, and mountain views. People love this neighborhood because of its proximity to the extensive Oredson Todd trail system. You can take the trails all the way to Lithia Park and even Mount Ashland. This neighborhood features large beautiful greenways between many of the homes.
