A historic area of town walkable and accessible to downtown and Lithia Park. The mix of residential and light commercial spaces featuring coffee shops, cafes, yoga studios, Bed & Breakfasts, the Food Co-Op, and small businesses and shops are in close proximity to the Plaza and the bike path and make this neighborhood a lively, charming area. This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Ashland. Locals and residents like the activity and youthful vibe of the area. Almost all of the homes here were built in the late 1800s to early 1900s. A few newer built homes are interspersed. This is where you go for the post office, hardware store and of course, the Millen Property Group real estate office.
