Oak Knoll

This is a nice established neighborhood with well built homes. This neighborhood is on the Oak Knoll Golf Course. This area is just outside of the main core of Ashland and is at the southeast end.. Due to the proximity from town, you may get slightly more favorable pricing than in the core of Ashland. You are situated close to Interstate 5, which people like for convenience, but there can be pockets of highway sound and yet other areas are completely quiet. The area is well maintained, close to the popular YMCA, shopping including Shop & Kart, Albertsons and Rite Aid. There are also multiple restaurants in the area including Luna Cafe, Wild Goose, El Paraiso and Caldera Brewing Company.
